Business Heads

FAQ

The questions people actually ask.

Is this just another networking group?

No. Most networking groups are built around referrals and warm leads. Business Heads is built around conversation. There are no pitch rounds, no quota for how many cards you need to hand out, and no expectation that you turn up with a pipeline agenda. If you come looking for a room full of people to sell to, you will be disappointed. If you come looking for people who understand what you are carrying, you might be surprised.

I don't have time for another thing.

That is exactly why it is built this way. One in-person event per quarter in Sydney. The online platform is there when you want it, not a daily obligation. You will get as much as you put in, and a quarterly event is a low bar for something that might actually help you think more clearly about your business.

How does the $10,000 prize actually work? Is it real cash?

Every quarter, Business Heads draws $10,000 from membership revenue and gives it back to the community. The winner receives that amount to spend on member businesses. If nothing in the community fits, they receive $3,000 cash instead. The draw is weighted by attendance. More events attended means more entries. It is not a raffle. It is proof the model gives back more than it takes.

What happens if I can't make an event?

Nothing bad. Attendance earns you more draw entries, but your membership and platform access do not change. Co-coaching circles and facilitated introductions run on a separate schedule from the in-person events. The community is online between events.

What is actually in the online platform?

Five spaces: Community Feed for asking questions, sharing wins, and posting offers to the group; Events for upcoming and past event detail; Member Offers for deals from and for members; Member Directory for finding and connecting with other members; and Resources Hub for guides and tools. The value compounds as members post and share.

Who else is in this?

Business owners. Sole traders and small teams who are serious about what they are building. We do not publish the member directory publicly, but inside the platform you can see who is in the room before you decide to join the conversation.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly members can cancel at any time. Annual members commit for the year, but there is no lock-in after that.

Is this just for Sydney?

In-person events are in Sydney right now, with Hobart planned next. The online platform is open to members anywhere in Australia. If you are outside Sydney, you will be in the community from day one and included in events as we expand.

I don't want to pitch or perform.

Good. Neither does anyone else. Business Heads events are built around honest answers to honest questions, not a room full of people performing confidence at each other. The format is designed specifically to make that kind of conversation easier, not harder.
