Here's the thing about the right room of people.
New ideas emerge. Doors open. Problems that have been rattling around in your head for months get solved over a coffee. You leave feeling sharper, more energised, more certain that what you're building is worth it.
Most of us have had that experience at least once.
The conversation that turned into a collaboration.
The introduction that changed a year's worth of work.
The person who'd been through exactly what you were facing and could tell you what was on the other side.
Business Heads grew out of exactly that.
A few founders and business owners in a room, just talking. About the tools they were experimenting with. About blending business and life. About the stuff no one puts on LinkedIn.
And somewhere in those conversations, new ideas formed, new work emerged, and they found people they actually wanted to spend time with.
That's what was missing.
Business Heads is a community for small and medium business owners — and for anyone who's ever lost sleep over someone else's business — who want real connection, and everything that quietly comes with it.
The introduction that changes your business. The group discount that saves money you didn't know you were spending. The conversation that saves you six months of trial and error.
We're growing across Australia, starting in Sydney and Hobart.
Good people make great business. We're just helping them find each other.
The founders

Co-founder
Amy Kelley
Amy has been building businesses and platforms long enough to know that the hardest part is not the strategy. It is doing it without anyone who actually understands what you are carrying. She co-founded Business Heads because she was tired of events that left her feeling lonelier than when she arrived.

Co-founder
Kiri Fitzpatrick
Kiri has spent years as the person business owners come to when they need to think something through honestly. She brings that same directness to Business Heads: a genuine interest in other business owners, and a low tolerance for small talk that does not go anywhere.

Co-founder
Brad Seeto
Brad spent years as the accountant in the room for hundreds of small business owners. He noticed how often a five-minute introduction could have saved someone six months. He co-founded Business Heads because the conversations he was having in private deserved a proper home.
Our vision
“To build a trusted, member-led community that keeps building itself. A place where business owners share what they know, create new ideas together, and back each other along the way.”
