Why members stay
One good conversation changes things.
You've been to those events. You know the ones. You circulate, you grab a drink, you leave wondering whether you'd have been more productive at home. Nobody says anything real. Nobody *asks* anything real.
Business Heads grew out of a different need. A few of us wanted someone to think out loud with. People who understood the pressure, who'd push back on our thinking, who'd been through something similar and come out the other side with a perspective worth hearing.

You've done the networking events. You know how they go. You arrive, you scan the room, you have four surface-level conversations and leave wondering why you came.
Business Heads is one evening, four times a year. There's a prompt or activity that gets the whole room talking about something real. A roomful of people who run businesses, being honest about what that's like.
You'll leave having talked to people you'd genuinely want to talk to again.
How the evening runs

Time to arrive, get a drink, settle in.

The activity
A prompting topic or facilitated activity that engages the whole room. This is where the good conversations start.

The quarterly draw
$10,000 drawn live. One member wins. They spend it inside the community. First draw at our October 2026 event.

Open conversation
The rest of the evening is yours. Stay as long as you want.
Tickets sold separately to Business Heads membership. Tickets are $40 per person.
The Quarterly Draw
$10,000. Back in the room. Every quarter.
Every quarter, $10,000 goes back into the community. One member wins it and spends it with other members. Their win becomes someone else's opportunity. The money moves around, not out.
Every member gets an entry into every draw, just for being here.

Business Heads runs on Circle. There are five spaces where everyone in the community gets to help shape the community, over time.

Facilitated introductions
When you join, tell us what you're working on. We'll connect you with someone in the community who's relevant. Someone at Business Heads actually thinks about who you should meet. You take it from there.
Co-coaching circles
Once a month, a small group of members works through something real together. You bring a problem. So does everyone else. Structured enough to be useful. Informal enough to be honest. You'll leave with a perspective you didn't have walking in.
Learning sessions
Monthly sessions on things you actually need to know. Led by people who've done it. Topics come from what members are working on, so the sessions stay useful. Coming soon.
